Our favorite Melbourne songstress, Kaity Dunstan (aka Cloves), has released her XIII EP just in time for the holidays, and it is breathtaking.

When we last heard from her, she’d just released her new single—also featured on XIII—titled “Everybody’s Son.” Now with the full release of the EP, listeners can expect soulful love ballads. The record as a whole is romantic, poignant, and sincere. The young nineteen year old surely has a vocal range that goes beyond her years. Her voice is rich, deep, and velvety—very much like Amy Winehouse, Adele, and Regina Spektor, who are all powerful female artists in the music industry....

If Adele ever gets sick of singing (we hope the day never comes) it’s good to know that she can still have a career as a card shark–Her poker face is very convincing.

In a video she shared on Twitter this morning, the British songstress reveals that she was bluffing the entire time and that she is in fact, going on tour for the world-renowned album 25.

When you think about popstresses who whip the stans into a frenzy, you think of the Lovatics threatening to behead the Selenators, or the Beyhive snatching the dumb blonde wigs of the world’s last pocket of HokuHeads. (That’s a thing, right?)

And yet here we are, with Adele—every mom’s favorite singer, an Oscar-winning class act—absolutely slaying the children left and right. (When Idolator’s own Carl Williott hesitated to agree that new single “Hello” was “AS MAJESTIC AS A CATHEDRAL MADE FROM THE BONES OF PAST LOVERS,” some flop shrieked for him to be whipped in the streets.)

How did a...

Adele's "Hello" is currently unstoppable.

The lead single off her third album 25 -- which this week surpassed the single-week album sales record (since Nielsen began tracking sales in 1991) previously held by *NSYNC’s No Strings Attached -- debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 two weeks ago and doesn't look to be leaving anytime soon.

Remix Roundup: Listen to 5 Must-Hear Remixes of Drake's 'Hotline Bling'

Considering the absurd number of remixes that Adele's 21 garnered at the dawn of America's EDM boom in 2011, it's no surprise that producers are already off to the races to create the signature "Hello" remix (as Thomas Gold

Over the years, the surest predictor of commercial success in the music industry has been the title of Brits critics’ choice award-winner, the prize given out each autumn in advance of the Brits ceremony in the new year. This time, the anointed recipient of more streams, sales and sold-out shows than the rest of his contemporaries combined is the 24-year-old artist, producer and songwriter Jack Garratt.

Garratt’s stock in trade is the heartfelt ballad, not dissimilar to last year’s winner, James Bay, but with an electronic treatment that makes him sound like an attempt to...

Have we reached peak Adele? No! There is more Adele!

Adele has also just surprised everyone by announcing that, in support of 25, she’ll be heading out on the tour bus (or the private jet made of charred bits of the music industry left over after 25 hit, whatever) for the first time since 2011. “Hello, it’s me. I have been bluffing this whole time and I’m so relieved to finally tell you that I am, of course, coming on tour, and I can’t wait to see all of you there,” she said in a video announcement on Facebook. “So...
